LabShop supplies the complete range of GE Healthcare Life Sciences Whatman Grade GF/D binder free glass microfiber filters.

Whatman Grade GF/D binder free glass microfiber filters are thick filters which feature fine particle retention and good loading capacity:

  • Suitable for applications involving fluid flow and high particle loading capacity
  • 2.7um nominal particle retention rating
  • Thick filter media for increased loading capacity
  • Can be used as a prefilter for filter membranes

Whatman Grade GF/D filters are particularly well suited to applications involving fluid flow and high particle loading capacity - Whatman GF/D can also function as an effective prefilter when used in conjunction with Whatman GF/B filters.

Applications of Whatman Grade GF/D filters include:   air filtration, gravimetric analysis of volatile materials where ignition is involved, and, because of the low resistance of Whatman GF/D, it is recommended for applications involving fluid flow and high particle loading capacity.

Along with the Whatman Grade GF/D fine particle retention filter, the binder free glass microfiber range from GE Healthcare Life Sciences offers a variety of filter specifications suitable for a range of different samples types and analysis needs.  For high wet strength, increased loading capacity and different particle retention, consider Whatman's Grade GF/A, Grade GF/B, Grade GF/C, Grade GF/F and Grade 934-AH filters.

If you cannot find the specific Whatman Grade GF/D product(s) you require within the LabShop website catalogue range, please contact us for further information on pricing and availability.
