1. UK Delivery
1.1 For all orders successfully placed before 16:00 (GMT/BST, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays), available items are picked and packed for dispatch the same day.
1.2 Goods to be delivered within the UK are dispatched via overnight courier for next working day delivery. However, due to the relatively remote location of certain UK postcode areas, next working day delivery cannot be provided to all areas. Based on the postcode specified for your delivery address, the LabShop website checkout will automatically advise you of the courier service(s) available in your area prior to requiring payment.
1.3 Delivery is free on all orders with a combined product value over £150.00 (exclusive of VAT) when either of the following courier services are selected: “UK England & Wales - Next Working Day Standard” and “UK Scottish Lowlands - Next Working Day Standard”. Delivery to postcode areas not covered by these two courier services is chargeable, as are all express delivery options - charges vary depending on the geographic location of the delivery address and speed of delivery required. The LabShop website checkout will clearly state the delivery charge associated to the courier service selected prior to requiring payment.
1.4 Delivery is chargeable on all orders with a combined product value under £150.00 (exclusive of VAT). Delivery charges start at £12.50 (exclusive of VAT), but vary depending on the geographic location of the delivery address and speed of delivery required. Based on the postcode specified for your delivery address, the LabShop website checkout will automatically advise you of the courier service(s) available in your area and the associated costs prior to requiring payment.
1.5 If we are unable to immediately fulfil your entire order from stock, LabShop will dispatch all available products as detailed above, and make subsequent dispatches to complete your order (as goods become available) at no additional charge. However, in such instances, we will always contact you by email and/or telephone at the earliest possible opportunity after receiving your order to highlight any fulfilment delays, or issues.
1.6 For exceptionally bulky and/or heavy items, LabShop reserves the right to make an additional delivery charge. However, in such instances, we will always contact you by email and/or telephone at the earliest possible opportunity after receiving your order to highlight any issues that arise and agree any applicable surcharges prior to dispatching your goods – if you do not wish to accept, you have the right to cancel your order and immediately receive a full refund.

2. The Channel Islands and Isle of Man Delivery
2.1 For all orders successfully placed before 16:00 (GMT/BST, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays), items are picked and packed for dispatch the same day.
2.2 Goods to be delivered to the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man are dispatched via overnight courier for next working day delivery. However, due to the relatively remote location of certain areas within the Channel Islands, next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed to all areas and an additional working day may be required to complete the delivery. If the timing of your delivery is critical, and you require clarification of the delivery rational applicable to your delivery address, please contact us to discuss your requirement ahead of placing your order.

3.2 Goods to be delivered within the Republic of Ireland are dispatched via courier on a two working day delivery basis. However, due to the relatively remote location of certain areas within the Republic of Ireland, two working day delivery cannot be guaranteed to all areas and an additional working day may be required to complete the delivery. If the timing of your delivery is critical, and you require clarification of the delivery rational applicable to your delivery address, please contact us to discuss your requirement ahead of placing your order.

4. European and International Delivery
4.1 LabShop supplies products to over 50 countries throughout the world - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
4.2 Unfortunately, European and International delivery cannot currently be facilitated through the LabShop website checkout. As such, orders requiring European, or International delivery must be managed offline.
