Cytiva Whatman 1204-125 Grade No 4V 125mm diameter folded qualitative filter paper circle

Filter, paper, disc / circle, qualitative, folded (pre-folded / pre-pleated), cellulose, high quality cotton linters, 125mm (12.5cm) diameter, very fast flow, 20-25.5um particle retention, 37s Herzberg filtration speed, 3.7s/100ml/in2 air flow, 210um thickness, 92g/m2 basis weight, white, pack of 100, Cytiva, Whatman, Grade No. 4V, 1204-125.

Cytiva's Whatman Grade 4V filter paper is well suited for qualitative analysis, or general filtration of coarse particles.

The fluted filter design increases filtration speed, flow rate, and loading capacity.

Compared with quadrant-folded filters, Cytiva's Whatman Grade 4V pre-folded filter paper exposes extra surface area, which enables a higher loading capacity and shorter filtration time.

Very fast flow rate.

Retention of coarse and gelatinous precipitates

Nominal particle retention rating of 20-25µm.

Very fast flow, Herzberg filtration speed of 37 s.

Fluted (pre-folded / pre-pleated) for easy use with conical filter funnels.

Fluted filter paper design decreases filtration time and increases loading capacity.

Whatman Grade 4V prepleated (fluted) filter paper from Cytiva is frequently used to filter gelatinous precipitate, or during general filtration that does not require the collection of fine particles.

Cytiva offers a broad range of Whatman qualitative filter papers, including standard filter grades and wet-strengthened grades.
